- Battery capacity assessment — State of health (SoH) testing to track degradation and catch cells before they fail
- Connection torque verification — Loose DC connections cause arc faults and fires. Every terminal is re-torqued to spec
- Monitoring & firmware — Inverter and BMS firmware updated, data logging verified, alerts configured correctly
- Earthing & surge protection — SPD condition checked, earth loop impedance tested for safety compliance
